7-Day Return Policy: We offer a 7-day return period for all eligible products. Please note that the product must be in its original condition and packaging, with all accessories and documentation included.

We will provide you with a return shipping label, and once we receive the returned item, we will promptly send you the replacement.

Additionally, customized or personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective or damaged.

Refund Process: Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will initiate the refund process. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.
